Turbo-boosting a client's manual quotation process
After reviewing the existing process and understanding all the inputs, variables and error states, we developed a new quote generation tool that fed supplier pricing and product information into a "press of a button" quote generator, calculating all discounts, margins and quantities automatically and creating a PDF ready to send to the client. Supplier orders were also generated at the click of a button.
